Note: We currently do not provide intercity or international shipping services.

  • Vendor processing time to prepare the order for dispatch
  • Distance between the vendor and the delivery destination
  • Peak seasons or high-demand periods
  • Product-specific factors, including large or bulky items

3.2 Stock Availability & Acceptance

After placing an order, the vendor will review the product availability and either confirm or reject the order based on stock levels. If the vendor confirms product availability, you will receive a notification via the platform, and the delivery process will begin.

  • Acceptance notification: Once the vendor confirms your order, you will receive a notification through your account or email.
  • Stock unavailability: If the vendor is unable to fulfill your order due to stock limitations, you will be notified and given the option to cancel the order or wait for restocking, if applicable.

3.3 Scheduled Deliveries

For customers who prefer to receive their orders at a specific date and time, we offer scheduled delivery. During checkout, you can select a date and time slot that is convenient for you. Please note that scheduled deliveries are subject to:

  • Vendor approval: The selected delivery time must align with the vendor’s availability.
  • Product readiness: The product must be available and ready for dispatch at the scheduled time.
