During registration, you will be required to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, business details (for B2B users), and a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide current, accurate, and complete information during the registration process. You must promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account if we believe that false or misleading information has been provided.
Each user, whether B2B or B2C, may only register one account. Multiple accounts for the same entity or individual are not allowed unless explicitly authorized by BRIKFURN.
The platform is intended for purchasing and selling home interiors and construction industry products. You agree to use the platform in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws. Any use of the platform for fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized purposes is strictly prohibited.

Users such as contractors, interior designers, architects, or manufacturers may provide data and information regarding their orders or project requirements. Users are responsible for the accuracy of this information, and BRIKFURN will not be held liable for any issues resulting from incorrect data provided by users.
Product availability is subject to the inventory levels of the listed suppliers. BRIKFURN does not guarantee that the products listed will be available at all times.
All prices are subject to change without notice. BRIKFURN is not responsible for any discrepancies in pricing provided by the brands or suppliers. You are advised to verify prices before placing an order.
Once you place an order on the platform, you agree to pay the price listed for the product, along with any applicable taxes, shipping, or handling fees. All orders are subject to acceptance by the vendor. BRIKFURN reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its sole discretion.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity. Upon termination, your right to access the platform will immediately cease.

BRIKFURN is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

BRIKFURN reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the platform or any part thereof at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification or termination of the platform.
